Program Features

Video Fitness Assessment

Initial Fitness Assessment over a video call to check the initial levels of strength, mobility, posture etc in order to customize the workouts.

Thorough Monitoring

Monitoring done by coaches over a dedicated WhatsApp group with the coaches. 24x7 WhatsApp support.

First Call

Call from one of the coaches to understand the current routine, eating habits, food availability etc in order to  program the plans accordingly.

Routine Plan Updates

Plans Changed Every 4 weeks based on progress made in terms of strength, endurance, weight, measurements etc.

Customized Plans

Workouts, meals and mobility routines designed accordingly to increase the levels of strength, endurance, mobility and overall fitness overtime.

Training Flexibility

Alternate plans in case of travel, or switch from gym to home workouts and vice versa. Form Correction when required.
